Millington excited by the return of Sbarra

CHRIS Millington is hoping Joe Sbarra can be the perfect 10 after the attacking midfielder made a surprise return to Solihull Moors.
Sbarra, part of the Moors team which enjoyed a Wembley double in 2024, has rejoined Solihull on a two-month loan from Doncaster Rovers.
The 25-year-old, who first joined Solihull in'2019, helped Donny to the League Two title last term in his debut season, making 35 appearances, but he has been limited to eight this term.
Millington revealed Sbarra, who made more than 150 Moors appearances, had been on the wanted list for some time and comes into contention today to face Scunthorpe United at Damson Park in what the boss described as his “toughest challenge” so far.
“Joe is someone we've been monitoring for a good while because obviously there are players and staff at the club who know him and myself and Coops [assistant Andy Cooper] know him from playing against him and we've always been impressed.
“We were monitoring what was happening at Doncaster and waiting for an opportunity and that opportunity presented itself this week. We're absolutely delighted to have him.
