Man gets 9½ years after befriending teen before rape bid

A MAN who attacked and attempted to rape a teenager after meeting her on a bus and adding her to Snapchat has been jailed.

Dago Williams, 22, began chatting to a group of teenagers on a bus towards Chelmsley Wood on June 6 last year.

He boasted to them that he had “a lot of money” and added the group on Snapchat.

Williams got off the bus with the group and offered them cans of alcoholic drinks which he had stolen from a supermarket.
