Man accused of killing mum in golf course crash in court

THREE men accused of killing a woman who died following a crash at Aston Wood Golf Club have appeared in court.

Mum-of-three Suzanne Cherry was struck by a grey Nissan van at the golf club in Blake Street, Shenstone, near Sutton Coldfield, on April 11.
The 62-year-old died four days later.
Three men charged in connection with the incident yesterday appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court via prison videolink from HMP Dovegate.
John McDonald, 51, is charged with manslaughter, assault by beating and failing to stop a vehicle when directed by a constable.
