DUMPED... newborn pups rescued from bin

The puppies were found abandoned in a bin

DEFENCELESS puppies were dumped in a bin and left to die when they were just a few days old.

The newborn pups were cruelly 'discarded like rubbish' near Village Road in Aston.

Miraculously, they were spotted by an eagle-eyed resident, who made the discovery ahead of the bin collection.

The resident was taking out his rubbish on October 15 when he saw movement in the bin.

Upon further inspection, he found the helpless litter huddled together with their eyes closed, clinging to life.

Jumping into action, he rescued the puppies and contacted Birmingham Dogs Home for urgent help.

The female pups, believed to be only a week old, were given immediate care and miraculously survived the ordeal.
