England flags have sprung up on lampposts around Wythall
A WEST Midlands council is to remove 'unauthorised' flags from lampposts after Armistice Day, sparking a new row over wasting taxpayers' money.
Wythall Parish Council is looking into the cost of taking down flags put up on its posts without permission.
Wythall sits on the southern border with Birmingham and comes under Worcestershire.
The move was decided at a meeting after officials "carefully considered the views both in favour of and against their display.
