HOW A NO-FEE RECRUITMENT SERVICE FOUND STAFF FOR A WOLVERHAMPTON CINEMA THAT ARE JUST THE TICKET

Building a blockbuster team

When Wolverhampton welcomed a brand-new cinema, general manager Des was tasked with finding the right people to staff the venue. To help manage this challenge, The Lockworks, which opened in July, became one of the many businesses across the region benefitting from Jobcentre Plus's recruitment service.

"We were looking to recruit good candidates in the hospitality industry," says Des.

"An employer adviser started the process by getting in touch with us, and essentially their team became our HR department. Since then, the reviews about our staff have been phenomenal."

If you run a business or work in HR, you'll know that recruitment can be a real challenge.
