Blues on the right road but more to do - Davies

WITH three Championship away wins on the bounce, it feels like Birmingham City have finally cracked it.

They could barely buy an away victory before Christmas and, at points, were positioned at the bottom of the away league table even below already-relegated Sheffield Wednesday.

Now, buoyed by three straight wins on the road in the Championship for the first time since 2015, Blues' record is ordinary. And that's all it has to be, because their home record in verging on extraordinary.

So, after wins at Sheffield Wednesday, Oxford United and then Norwich City on Saturday, have Blues cracked it away from St Andrew's?

"God, no," responded boss Chris Davies. "No, but it's really pleasing that we've improved our away form because that was the question. I say question but it was more a narrative that was building, I wasn’t too concerned about it but I knew it would keep building.
