AFTER having their away fixture against Lincolnshire postponed last month, Warwickshire will return to action in the Premier Division of the UKDA National League this weekend when they host Dorset at the Hen Lane Social Club in Coventry.

Warwickshire sit seventh in the table with 45 points with a game in hand on all six teams above them, Dorset are bottom of the division with 25 points and have played the same two fixtures as their hosts.

Men's ‘A’: Danny Lauby, Dom Taylor, Gareth Braham, Jack Wareing, Jamie Hughes, Martin Tonks, Matty Washbrooke, Noel Grant, Nigel Heydon, Ian McFarlane, Steve Hine, Wayne Maynard.

Table-toppers West Midlands are riding high in the Andy Wheeler Fisheries Championship Division, with 71 points and a three-point lead over second-placed Middlesex.

This weekend they will travel to face Cambridgeshire at the GER Sports and Social Club, in March. Cambridgeshire, in fifth, are some 16 points behind the guests.

In the L-Style Division One, Black Country will make a trip to the northwest to take on Merseyside at the Netherton Sports and Social Club in Bootle.

The home side have only played two games so far and are placed ninth with 41 points, while Black Country are fourth with 65 points, ten fewer than leaders Somerset.

Sheldon Marlborough Arrows continue to lead the field after week seven in the Premier Division of the Sheldon and District Winter League.

Arrows recorded a 7-2 home win over Mackdown Sports and Social Club whose Ashley Kavanagh notched a maximum.
