'BOT' IS FIRST IN THREE-YEAR PLAN
IT’S the future, BABS! Brum airport bosses have unveiled a suitably named personal assistant for travellers: the Birmingham Airport Bot Service... or BABS.
The artificial intelligence (AI) service aims to give a “personalised experience” to travellers, acting as a 'personal assistant' in the form of smartphone updates and physical terminal help-points.
BABS is the first phase of a three-year roll out of tech-driven developments, said airport chiefs.
