Applicants given 30 minutes each on Tuesday to describe their outlooks
Six of the seven candidates for Bank of Thailand governor passed the qualification round and are scheduled to present their vision on June 24, says Pornchai Thiraveja, director-general of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO). Speaking as secretary of the committee tasked with selecting the governor
he said the examination of their qualifications was completed and the results presented to the selection panel.
One candidate was disqualified for failing to meet the requirement of running an organisation valued at a minimum of 15 billion baht.
