Royal Enfield eager to rev up Asia-Pacific expansion

Indian mid-sized motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield is stepping up its expansion across Asia-Pacific, fuelled by strong demand, rising market share, and a refined product and network strategy.

According to chief commercial officer Yadvinder Singh Guleria, over the past 18 months the company has continued to grow and he believes thereis significantroom for expansion.

This momentum is powered by a deep brand affinity among customers and dealers, he said.

Mr Guleria said Thailand remains a key growth driver for the brand, where it holds the No.2 market share for the 250-750cc motorcycle segments at 35%.
