PacRim Group, a leadership, people and performance improvement consultancy in Thailand, recently hosted two executive events, bringing together some of the region’s most influential leaders for high-impact discussions on navigating an era of unprecedented disruption.
The CEO Dialogue featured two guest speakers: Paul Walker, global chief executive of FranklinCovey, and Ronnie Tan, president of FranklinCovey Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
Mr Walker challenged the room with a striking statistic: 87% of leaders view disruption as something to survive, while 13% see it as fuel for transformation.
Drawing on Walmart’s ongoing reinvention under former chief executive Doug MeMillon, Mr Walker highlighted the leadership qualities that distinguish this minority: curiosity, courage and empathy.
