The Pheu Thai Party yesterday introduced Phumipat Hosakul, son of veteran politician Karun Hosakul, as a potential candidate to contest the general election in Bangkok's Constituency 10.

- POST REPORTERS

Senior party figures, including deputy leader Sorawong Thienthong, joined the event to unveil Mr Phumipat as the party candidate to vie for a House seat in the constituency, which was once his father's stronghold.

Mr Phumipat said he was born and raised in Don Muang district and had witnessed his father’s decades of work for the community, which left him impressed.

He thanked Pheu Thai for the opportunity.
