Bangkok Post

January 31, 2026

The People’s Party (PP) has kicked off nationwide election caravans, calling for a decisive break from past politics and urging voters to cast both constituency and party-list ballots for the party to pave the way for what it calls a “people’s government”.

- POST REPORTERS

Party leader and prime ministerial candidate Natthaphong Ruengpanyawut, joined by assistant campaigner Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, yesterday launched the party’s final-stretch campaign caravan, unveiling a high-profile gimmick dubbed the “orange pill” to symbolise transformative change while signalling openness to post-election manoeuvring.

The caravan set off from Rangsit district in Pathum Thani before heading east, marking the first of eight campaign routes planned nationwide.
