HC Denies Bail to 3 Partners in Holiday Membership Scam

Court notes numerous complaints against Valorah Hospitality; firm accused of duping customers after taking membership fees

The Gujarat High Court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to three partners of a hospitality firm accused of luring customers into buying expensive holiday memberships and then failing to provide the promised services.

The court noted that this appears to be a "huge scam of crores of rupees," observing that "not only the complainant, but many others have also been duped by the applicants with the same modus operandi."
