The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has implemented a comprehensive new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) aimed at protecting the interests of property buyers. This initiative aims to make the grievance redressal process faster, more transparent, and highly streamlined through a digital-first approach.

The authority, by strengthening the existing online infrastructure and setting clear procedural timelines, intends to ensure timely justice for homebuyers while providing promoters a structured platform to submit their responses.
