Takes into account senior advocate Bhaskar Tanna's unconditional apology
A bench of the Gujarat High Court comprising Justice AS Supehia and Justice RT Vachchani on Tuesday closed the suo motu contempt proceedings initiated against senior advocate Bhaskar Tanna for attending a virtual hearing while drinking from a beer mug. The court noted that the act was committed in error, and accepted Tanna's unconditional apology submitted
