HYNDBURN Council has been asked to confirm that a property in Clayton-le-Moors can continue as a House in Multiple Occupation.
The property on Barnes Street, Clayton-le-Moors
Wyatt Property Renovations Ltd has applied to the authority for a Lawful Development Certificate to allow the use of three Barnes Street as bedsits to continue.
