Arrests made on suspicion of racially aggravated assault

POLICE have issued a statement after members of the public 'witnessed a disturbance' in Accrington town centre.
Officers rushed to the incident on Broadway at around 9.10am last Friday morning.
Two local men, both aged 25, were arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
