The road to developed Bharat has to essentially pass through its villages and touch the lives and activities of all its citizens in a fair and equitable manner. The goal and vision have to be internalised by everyone in this country. People of Bharat have to be at the forefront, driving and owning up to this agenda. Every citizen has to treat themselves as an asset and equal stakeholder in this transformative journey of Bharat. The foundation block and root of Bharat lie in its villages. Though formally not registered as a cooperative society, every village and its hamlets are an epitome of the principles, spirit, and values of cooperation.
