HUMOR in UNIFORM

To teach my 4-year-old that Memorial Day is more than just a day off from school, I took him to our village's Memorial Day parade.

- 

"If the world conquest thing doesn't work out, my fallback plan is business school."

There, we watched a half-dozen color guard members march past us and then ... that was pretty much it.

After a minute of waiting for something else to appear, my son opined, "It must've been a small war."
