Step inside the PLAYGROUP FOR ELDERS!

THERE'S MORE THAN JUST PLAY AT THIS CARE HOME

U nlike most agedcare homes, it's not uncommon to hear the pitterpatter of tiny feet coursing through the corridors at the Aboriginal Elders Village in Adelaide. Every fortnight the centre opens its doors to little kids attending the Marra Elders Playgroup, where, despite the decades between them, the multigenerations unite.

Over the course of the morning session, the children and Elders enjoy -activities such as weaving, singing, Dreamtime storytelling and painting.
