To create a more sustainable garden, you don't need to make drastic changes. By simply reducing your waste and reusing what you can, your garden will have less of an impact on the environment as well as be healthier.

REUSE PLASTIC

Reducing your plastic waste by reusing it is a great way to create a more sustainable garden and save you some money too. Plastic plant pots can be repurposed again and again and are great for germinating seeds and striking cuttings. Toilet rolls are also great for germinating seeds and once sprouted, the seedlings can be planted directly into the ground, helping to protect the roots and lower transplant shock. Clean plastic bottles can be cut to make mini greenhouses that help boost growth and protect seedlings, too.
