This sounds more like a feng shui issue than an astrological one, although for nearly everyone, autumn's turbulent stars have brought challenges. Things are only just beginning to improve, so hopefully May's more upbeat stars will rub off on your staff. To help things along, I would clear the air with white sage smoke (fan it into all the corners), then ring a bell with positive intent.
