The natural as it is. It does not exist as multiple forms, e.g. Air is invisible and only can be felt, Water is liquid and cold by nature, Fire is bright and hot by nature, Earth is strong and holds on everything, Space is ultimately great, it is spread all over.

Life happens when holistically all of them come together and manifest in harmony as living creatures. 'Ayurveda' has the same origin; hence, it defines the guidelines for the wellbeing of this holistic combination.

Ayurveda has its roots in the Traditions of the Nation, which aims to maintain the Ayu (lifespan) i.e.,the collaboration between the Sharira (body), Indriya (senses), Manas (mind) and Atma (soul-the ultimate seeker).

Ayurveda is a way of living life at all levels, consciously. Following the disciplinary instructions to maintain a healthy body (Sharira), to satiate the senses (Indriyas) in moderation, to rightly channelize the capacity of mind (Satwa), overall brings in a worthy experience for the ultimate seeker (the Atma).
