Perched in the Caribbean at Keppel Bay, this 3,600 sq ft, five-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse reflects its owners' vision of modern Asian luxury. Couple Josephus Tan and Pat Wong initially wanted an all-white, light-filled home, but Linear Studio Design proposed a richer palette of dark marble, gold and bronze that perfectly complements the bay views. Their openness to this shift allowed the team to craft an interior that not only feels luxurious, but also interacts with the sweeping sea and skyline beyond.

The result is a home that feels both grounded and elevated, where subtle tones allow the setting to shine. Completed in June 2025 after 10 months—comprising two and a half months of design development and seven and a half months of construction—the residence is a study in refined transformation, carefully balancing client desires with design ingenuity.
