From the moment you step inside Bern's, it's clear that this is no ordinary dining experience. A red carpet welcomes you into the massive, dimly lit space featuring eight dining rooms dressed in gold and burgundy tones with paintings, classical busts, and sculptures throughout. The ambience is like none other, but the real draws are the dry-aged, cut-to-order proteins; one of the largest wine collections in the world; and the incomparable Harry Waugh Dessert Room. This space has 48 private booths crafted from wine casks where you can indulge in decadent sweets alongside hot drinks or a selection of wines.
