Nestled in the plush residential neighbourhood of Jubilee Hills, this 11,000 sq.ft private residence emerges as a geometric monolith, in shades of grey concrete and terracotta. Spread over three levels, it is a result of an extensive gut renovation from the ground up.

Sona Reddy and her eponymous studio were entrusted to design this calming residential space, by Shreya Reddy and her husband Sreeram Vanga, who is the owner of Innopark Private Limited. This included the renovation of their existing home and designing a new complementary block, on the adjoining plot.
