The ground floor holds the common areas and a guest bedroom, while the upper level constitutes the rest of the bedrooms and a home theatre. Here, a custom designed console at the entrance separates the foyer area from the formal living room which further opens into the green outdoor area.

The kitchen reveals a streamlined layout and includes a centrally placed backlit island featuring the use of onyx.

The light installation in the dining area makes  a bold statement while in the informal seating area, the L-shaped leather finish sofa is complemented by a cosy armchair and a coffee table featuring a black Italian marble tabletop embellished with a herringbone pattern.
