Summer often arrives with a weight of expectations. The “perfect body,” the bikini vs. one-piece debate, the pressure to show more or cover up. But what if, instead of chasing someone else’s standard, you choose to inhabit your body with freedom?

Feeling comfortable in our skin is a process many of us never learned as children. We grew up surrounded by ideas suggesting there were “right” and “wrong” ways to exist. That we had to hide scars, stretch marks, spots—anything that might “make others uncomfortable.” All based on rules nobody chose, repeated from generation to generation.

Now, little by little, we're waking up. And in that awakening, we choose to look at ourselves more tenderly, to live more freely in our bodies, and to let go of what no longer represents us.
