The brand turning plastic into a much-loved design material

For the second year in a row, we headed to Milan Design Week to present our own showcase of exciting work by emerging talent in furniture and product design. This year, we focused on material wizards, those with the Midas touch for transforming matter into design gold. Under the banner ‘Material Alchemists’, our exhibition (see page 196) shone a spotlight on 20 designers or studios demonstrating a prowess for material exploration and expression in their practice. Putting on such a show entails months of hard work and skillful logistics, and we're especially grateful to the collaborative partners that help us on that journey.

With our theme this year celebrating clever material use, it made perfect sense to tap sustainably-minded brand The Good Plastic Company (TGPC) for our show plinths.
