What inspired you to establish The Brew Estate, and what was your vision behind it? 

The Brew Estate was born from a passion for craft beer and a desire to create a unique space where people could enjoy exceptional brews in a welcoming environment. Our vision was to establish a brewery that not only offered a wide range of high-quality beers but also provided a vibrant setting for social gatherings, celebrations, and memorable experiences. We wanted to bring the art of brewing to a wider audience and share our love for craft beer with our community. The idea was to create a place where friends, families, and beer enthusiasts could come together to savor great beer, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere.

As the first microbrewery in Chandigarh, how did you navigate the challenges in introducing this concept to the region? 

Introducing the concept of a microbrewery in Chandigarh posed several challenges, but we were determined to overcome them. Here's how we navigated those challenges:

Regulatory Hurdles: The biggest challenge was navigating the complex regulations and licensing requirements. We worked closely with local authorities to ensure we met all legal obligations and obtained the necessary permits.

Awareness and Education: As the first microbrewery in the region, many people were unfamiliar with the concept. We invested in educating the local community about craft beer, its varieties, and the brewing process. This helped build a customer base interested in exploring new flavours.
