Mrs. Surabhii Aplesh is the Founder & Director of Ridaan Array OPC Pvt. Ltd., a Pune-based art, exhibition, and event company known for curating vibrant platforms like the Ranya series that celebrate entrepreneurship, artistry, and community. An “ARTPRENEUR” with over 12 years of industry experience, she gracefully bridges creativity and commerce—drawing from her mastery of multiple art forms, a Prabhakar degree in Indian classical vocal music, and her grounding as a fauji wife and mother of two. Beyond building brands and curating experiences, she is also a practitioner of healing and Tarot, passionately championing purpose-led growth and women’s empowerment. Her journey is a blend of discipline, devotion, and design—proof that business can be soulful, and success can be shared.

For me, success is not measured by numbers alone—it is about creating impact, touching lives, and leaving behind a legacy of positivity. Success is the ability to turn dreams into reality, while staying grounded and grateful. It is also about empowering others along the way, whether they are team members, exhibitors, or women looking for opportunities.
