ATOMIC PEOPLE Wednesday, 9pm, BBC2 Factual

At 8.16am on 6 August 1945, the United States dropped an atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima, Japan - the first time an atomic bomb was used in war. Three days later, a second bomb was dropped on Nagasaki.
