The human race is being driven mad by the giggle of a peculiar puppet in this week's final Doctor Who special - as the Doctor (David Tennant) is reacquainted with one of his oldest enemies!

The episode sees the return of the Toymaker, first portrayed by Michael Gough in the 1966 serial The Celestial Toymaker, and now played by It's a Sin and How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris.
