Gemma Whelan is back on the beat as DS Sarah Collins in a third, four-part outing of the gritty police thriller based on Kate London's Metropolitan novel series. Gallowstree Lane revolves around a high-stakes drugs-and-gun storyline that is set to take Sarah full circle back to the Portland Tower incident of Series 1. Fans will be pleased to hear Tahirah Sharif is reprising her role as Sarah's troubled colleague Lizzie Adama, alongside Jimmy Akingbola as DC Steve Bradshaw and Emmett J.Scanlan as DI Kieran Shaw.
