The Grand Tour: A Scandi Flick From Friday 16 September, Prime Video

After the pandemic put the brakes on their globetrotting escapades, James May, Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond are back filming in far-flung destinations – and their latest chaos-filled adventure finds them touring Scandinavia’s spectacular snowscapes.

Setting off from the Lofoten Islands in Norway, the boys are tasked with driving their pick of rally cars for a mission through Sweden and on to Finland that takes in frozen-lake racetracks and Cold War submarine bases.

As always, the petrolhead pals’ pranks and stunts cause utter bedlam, with May being rushed to hospital after a dramatic high-speed crash in a tunnel. Will his Scandinavia trip be cut short on doctor’s orders?

TV&Satellite Week spoke to one-third of the intrepid trio, Richard Hammond, 52, to find out more…
