Halle Berry's 'Happy' Life After Divorce Drama

Halle Berry is feeling fabulous at 57. The Oscar winner, who celebrated her birthday on Aug. 14, is "truly at her happiest,” according to a source close to the Monster's Ball star.

Not only has she found her "soulmate" in her boyfriend of three years, singer and musician Van Hunt, 53, but she has finally closed the chapter on her divorce from French actor Olivier Martinez, 57.

Court documents filed in California Superior Court on Aug. 22 and obtained by People reveal Berry and Martinez, who filed for divorce in October 2015 after two years of marriage, have finalized the terms of their split. The parents of 9-year-old son Maceo will share joint legal custody, with Berry paying Martinez (whom she met on the set of the 2012 movie Dark Tide) $8,000 per month in child support, plus 4.3 percent of any income she receives above $2 million a year in additional support. Berry is also mom to daughter Nahla, 15, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, 46.
