It was a humble moment inside a small store that sparked the beginning of Annalaxmi. When founder Shirissh Trivedi noticed a young staffer quietly rationing his lunch managing just a few grains of moong dal with each bite, it struck him deeply. After spending nearly two decades across Singapore, Africa and over 40 countries in global procurement, the scene was a stark reminder of the widening gap between food availability and affordability in India. This became the spark for a brand built on one simple belief - premium-quality essentials should be accessible to every household.

Thus, ANNALAXMI was established in 2021 and soon emerged as a rising home-grown FMCG brand with a strong focus on quality, transparency, and affordability.
