Directed by Bobby Kolli and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film stars Chiranjeevi as the titular character alongside Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan, and Catherine Tresa. But what makes the cinematic imagery of this movie stand out? The answer lies in the camera – the Sony Venice 2 which has been creating waves in the market since its launch.

In an exclusive, DoP Arthur A. Wilson shares his experience of shooting Waltair Veerayya on Sony’s Venice 2.

What was your plan of work regarding the principal photography of this project?

Initially, during principal photography, I did a lot of research. This included a study of the color palette, and needless to say, I was impressed with the Sony Venice 2 test footages that I shot.
