THE ACTOR SPARKS CONCERN WITH A POWERFUL NEW VIDEO

Just a day after his last-minute absence from the 2025 Emmy Awards, Eric Dane took to Instagram to promote a new ALS campaign, where he showed troubling signs of the neurodegenerative condition, known as motor neurone disease in Australia, that affects muscle movement.

“I'm Eric. An actor, a father and now a person living with ALS,” he said in the clip, revealing his partnership with nonprofit organisation I AM ALS. “For [more than] a century, ALS has been incurable, and we're done accepting the status quo. We need the fastest path to a cure, and that’s why I partnered with I AM ALS on the Push for Progress. Our goal? A billion dollars over the next three years.”
