Box office drawcards Paul Rudd and Jack Black may be attracting plenty of attention on the Gold Coast, where they're shooting a comedic reimagining of 1997 horror film Anaconda, but they are doing their best to blend in. The A-listers have embraced some of the country's favourite budget staples.

Rudd, 55, used a Bunnings umbrella on January 16 to protect himself from the summer sun between takes as he floated down a waterway in a rubber dinghy.

And on their day off on January 19, the Ant Man actor and funnyman Black, 55, hit a local beach for some rest and relaxation.

Just like any other locals, the duo carried all their essentials for the day in a green reusable shopping bag from Woolworths.
