SLEEP PROBLEMS AT HOME LED SARAH TO HER BEDDING BUSINESS

When Sarah Gosling moved in with her boyfriend, Josh, three years ago, they quickly realised they had a big problem in the bedroom.

“We both had issues with temperature - under the one doona it was like a furnace,” Sarah, 31, from Aintree in Victoria, tells WHO. “We tried lots of different bedding materials and upgraded to a king-sized mattress, but nothing changed.”

While it was a bit of a running joke, there was a serious side to their problem, too.

“Health is of great value to us. We knew sleep was one of the most important pillars to that, but we 100 per cent weren't sleeping as well as we used to [alone],” Sarah says. “It was frustrating and impacting us both.”

Then, Josh saw something online which went on to change their lives.
