Bad decisions seem to be second nature for Cane Buckley, the not-so-prodigal son in a North Carolina fishing dynasty. On The Waterfront (Netflix, June 19), the new drama from Dawson's Creek creator Kevin Williamson, Jake Weary's self-destructive character tries out drug smuggling as a way to reverse the decline. And he's about to endanger his marriage to Peyton (Danielle Campbell) by considering a dangerous liaison with high school love Jenna (Humberly González).
