More than 20 years after starring in What I Like About You, Simon Rex still finds himself admiring what the cast and crew accomplished on the small screen.
Rex will also appear in the drama Tow alongside Rose Byrne this March.
“Going back and watching it was really nice, a nostalgic feeling,” Rex, 51, tells Us. “It’s so wholesome, and it’s still funny.” Although he only appeared in one season alongside Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth, the actor believes he “did a good job” on the early-aughts WB series. Now, he hopes to provide even more laughs in his new indie comedy Operation Taco Gary’s, in theaters Feb. 27. Here, Rex tells Us about his latest chapter.
