After participating in a nearly weeklong bar crawl, the actor, 39, was arrested in Louisiana on two counts of simple battery on Feb. 17.

The New Orleans Police Department tells Us LaBeouf repeatedly struck an employee at R Bar in the French Quarter using “closed fists” after being asked to leave. Moments later, he returned to the establishment “acting even more aggressive” and hit the same staffer before punching another person in the nose, according to police. Multiple patrons eventually restrained the shirtless filmmaker on the street while waiting for first responders to arrive.
