Netflix rolls out its first Afrikaans drama series starring Hollywood's Arnold Vosloo and a stellar local cast.
HEAR & SEE Episodes have a 60-minute runtime. But it’s not just the action and drama – there’s sexual misconduct, nudity and adult language. So no kids. Netflix has also dubbed it into five other languages: English, French, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese for international release in over 190 countries. “I’m hopeful that Netflix will green light further seasons,” says Arnold.
Arnold Vosloo stars as Daan Ludik. “The gold chain is something that Daan saw that he wanted and the first thing that he could buy for himself when he was a boy,” says Arnold. “It was also a choice he could make in that he could choose to have it with or without the cross. He chose to buy it without the cross, which in itself is significant.”
