Ayda Field Williams is performing quite the balancing act. Not only is she busy with her activewear collection for women over 30, but she's been in the headlines after sharing an intimate look into her family life with husband Robbie Williams and their four children in his new Netflix docuseries.

"I'm feeling incredibly nervous and vulnerable about everyone seeing our lives, Robbie's life, our kids' lives," the mum of Teddy, 11, Charlie, nine, Coco, five, and three-year-old Beau tells us. "It feels like everyone's going to be looking through our knicker drawer.

"I definitely cried several times and had many proud moments."

Despite her fears, the reaction from the public has been overwhelming, Ayda says. "I hope everyone is into it, moved by it, and enjoys it. I look forward to sharing it one day with my children, who'll have lots of questions."

Being in the spotlight over the course of his 30-year career has carried its pressures not just for Robbie, 49, but also for 44-year-old Ayda, who has felt the weight of being a woman in showbiz.
