BEFUDDLED President Joe Biden is raising fresh fears his brain is being savaged by onrushing dementia after a series of awkward and bizarre public missteps have critics calling for him to stand down from his determination to seek a second term!

In just three days, the 80-yearold chief executive twice mistook the European battleground Ukraine for the U.S.’s Middle Eastern enemy Iraq when speaking to donors at a fundraiser in Chevy Chase, Md., and then, again, the following day while chatting with reporters on the White House lawn.

Russian strongman Vladimir “Putin’s clearly losing the war in Iraq,” he barked. “He’s losing the war at home and he has become a bit of a pariah around the world.”
