CONVICTED Scott Peterson killer who's spent two decades behind bars in California for murdering his pregnant 27-year-old wife, Laci, and their unborn son, Connermay walk free after a bombshell ruling! Peterson, 51, was recently granted access to crucial evidence related to the 2002 deaths, potentially paving the way for a retrial - and acquittal! A San Mateo County Superior Court judge approved Peterson's request for a post-conviction discovery period on the basis of the state's Penal Code 1054.9, which went into effect Jan. 1, 2003.
